Flash List
If you were interested in ancient coins in the middle 1990's and utilized the Internet to purchase coins, you probably bought coins from us through the first online auction format of Numismatics Online. When Numismatics Online discontinued operations, you may have continued to purchase coins from us using our Flash List format.
Flash Lists allowed us to e-mail our existing customers a list of ancient coins and antiquities at very attractive prices. The first customer to respond to a particular offering was sold the item – thus a 'Flash' List. We would close the list after 5 days and return unsold stock to the bank.
We intend to produce several Flash Lists of ancient coins and antiquities in 2008. If you are interested in being on the list, include your e-mail address in a message regarding this request to: timemachine@thetimemachine.net
You may also participate if you purchase material from us on eBay.com, vcoins.com, at a coin show, or at our gallery. If we send you an e-mail with the Flash List and you do not wish to continue to participate, just e-mail us and we will remove you from our Flash List.
Coin Shows
Coin shows provide you as a collector or numismatic investor with the opportunity to view thousands of coins offered by hundreds of dealers. Many of the larger shows invite ancient coin and antiquity dealers to participate. We join our classical numismatic colleagues at most of the larger shows in the United States in offering a wide selection of ancient coins and antiquities to you through this venue. We also attend shows in Europe and will meet those wishing to sell coins or antiquities at the major shows in Munich, Germany.
